DOCUMENT DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

PC Users: Right click on either the DOC or RTF link below and choose "Save Target As" ("Save link as" if using Netscape) from the contextual menu that pops up, and pick where you'd like to save the file you'll be downloading.

Mac Users: Click and hold down the mouse button on the DOC or RTF link below until the contextual menu pops up. Choose "Download Link to Disk" ("Save this link as" if using Netscape), and pick where you'd like to save the file you'll be downloading.

*Please note, the contextual menu options will vary depending on the OS and the browser you are using. Just be sure to choose the option that allows you to download or save the LINK.
