For my 8th birthday party this year I asked all my friends to bring a gift (toy, book or clothes) for people who don't have as much as us INSTEAD of a present for me. It was great and I collected a lot of great items. I go to a downtown church and they have a great outreach program which will help give the items to the people who need them.

I go to a catholic school. For a volenteer project we help Habitat For Humanity. It is a program that helps homeless peole by building houses. Me and my freinds made lunches for the workers and took them to the site. We put sandwichs, pickles, chips, and drinks in the lunch sak. We made between 40-50 lunches!

I'm in boy scouts. 1 day we took the time to go to mission tejas & picked up trash in & around the park we also took up the old benches & replaced thim.

My church members and I went out of town to build a fence, and build a pig pen on a farm to help a orphanage. After I did that I felt so good. Maybe some of you can do that too and help out!
