Chris Botti is best-known as a contemporary jazz performer; his popularity has spread into the main stream. Botti started playing trumpet at the age of ten, and began performing professionally while still in high school. He has worked with Bob Dylan, Aretha Franklin, and Paul Simon. However, it was his time accompanying Sting that brought him his greatest notoriety. From CDs to radio, and even TV, he continues to entertain his ever growing fan base.
