Balancing Your Life - Mary LoVerde

Mary LoVerde is an internationally recognized expert on life balance strategies.

“I know that my connections are intact. I know that when they get disconnected, I can ask a good question, and that if I stay as connected as I can to all the things that are really important to me, I can tell because I feel good. I’m not tired, I’m not stressed, I’m not angry. I’m eager, I’m excited, I’m ready to go. And then, when the cycle turns again and I get out of balance, I know what to do.” - Mary LoVerde

On Living Smart she will discuss how to balance our lives through human connections.
