Katariina Fagering, Former US Marine Corps Captain
Former US Marine Corps Captain, Katariina Fagering, served in Desert Storm in 1991 and Fallujah, Iraq in 2006. Captain Fagering talks about the WISER program at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Hospital in Houston, Texas. The WISER (Women's Inpatient Specialty Evaluation & Recovery) program is designed specifically to help women veterans who are living with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), traumatic brain injury, substance abuse, depression or sexual trauma.
