American Field Guide

American Field Guide is the first national site comprised of all locally-produced content on PBS.org! Produced by Oregon Public Broadcasting, American Field Guide recasts archived outdoors programming content from over thirty public broadcasting stations across the country in a convenient, on-demand format, offering a uniquely dynamic and valuable online resource for the American outdoors. Joining highly produced video segments with useful web components in a single platform allows TV and online experiences mutually to enhance one another. American Field Guide is the first project supported by PBS to bring together material from the vast resources of local member stations and synthesize it into a single entity with the power to educate, inform, and entertain.
